The four walls and the basement have finally assembled themselves into something approximating a house:

The prospective homeowners came by — against the realtor’s advice — to look at the progress. They were unhappy to find that they got wet because the roofers hadn’t shown up yet, so the roof was still lying in pieces on the ground. Oh well; the realtor told them to wait!
