After getting haircuts at SuperCuts, Barbara and I walked to the storefront right next door to it and ate brunch at Milkweed. What excellent geography we have here in Dorchester!
Barbara had the traditional homemade house-made corned beef hash, which came accompanied by grilled Roma tomatoes, two sunny eggs, and sourdough toast. I had a large bowl of creamy tomato soup with fresh basil and grilled sourdough, accompanied by a huge Caesar salad. The soup was clearly the star of the show today!
You asked about the size of the portions. Well, half of the hash, half of the soup, and half of the salad came home with us.
