Last night it was once again time for Barbara and me to enjoy takeout from our favorite local restaurant, the Ashmont Grill! Of course takeout is not the same—either gastronomically or socially—as dining in, and it’s not warm enough yet to eat outside, though the vernal equinox does come in two weeks. Anyway, we had a delicious dinner with plenty of leftovers: garlic parmesan chicken wings, a green salad, a cod Reuben, braised lamb ragu, lobster and shrimp rigatoni, and berry chocolate bread pudding.
