Eight months ago I reviewed The Haven, and today was our return visit. You’re wondering, I’m sure, about three things: whether anything has changed, whether I relented and had haggis this time, and whether there was any bagpipe music.
The answers are no, no, and no.
Barbara had fish and chips with a side salad. I started with a starter salad (forgot to take a picture until I had eaten more than half), followed by a rather bland half chicken with peas and gnocchi. No haggis.
