Your local restaurants need your help! As you know, they operate on small profit margins, and the current prohibition on eat-in dining can destroy many a restaurant. So we’re trying to order take-out and delivery locally whenever possible.

Last night we had another delicious take-out dinner from Tavolo: pasta alla Norma, shrimp scampi, and mushroom pizza — supplemented by salad that we made from ingredients from Russo’s Basic Box. The huge portions made for a crazy amount of good food for two people. We didn’t let the cats help, so we now have plenty of leftovers. As Barbara always says, leftovers are a good thing.
